Welcome to Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or participating in any live or recorded break hosted by VSC, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and our published Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall control.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to make purchases or participate in breaks.
- By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Products & Services Overview
Vaulted Sports Collective offers:
- Live and recorded card breaks
- Pick-your-team (PYT) and random team breaks
- Singles for sale
- VSC Credits
- Founders Program memberships and benefits
All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time at VSC’s discretion.
3. Break Rules & Randomization
- Break formats, product configurations, odds, and rules are disclosed prior to purchase.
- Randomization (where applicable) is conducted live or via a disclosed and transparent method.
- Once a break begins, results are final and may not be altered, reversed, or replicated.
VSC reserves the right to proceed with a scheduled break even if not fully filled at the scheduled start time. VSC may, at its discretion, offer publicly displayed promotional pricing or allocate remaining spots in order to execute the break as scheduled. All such actions are final and do not create entitlement to refunds, credits, or retroactive price adjustments.
No additional purchases are permitted once sealed product is opened. VSC reserves the right to close sales or remove remaining spots from availability at any time prior to opening in order to maintain break integrity.
VSC is not responsible for:
- Team performance
- Card distribution outcomes
- The absence of hits, autographs, or specific players
By completing a purchase, participants immediately reserve a spot in the applicable break. Reservation of a spot allocates operational capacity and removes availability from the marketplace, and constitutes fulfillment of the purchased access regardless of when the break is conducted.
Ownership of cards transfers to the customer at the time the card is revealed during the live break.
Participation in a live break does not guarantee receipt of any specific card, player, team value, or item of material value. Customers acknowledge that break outcomes are variable and may result in minimal or no return.
4. All Sales Final
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law, all sales are final and non-refundable upon purchase.
Payment is processed in full at the time of checkout. A completed checkout secures and confirms the purchaser’s spot in the applicable break or product.
This includes, without limitation, live and recorded break entries, singles, VSC Credits, and Founders Program enrollments.
Market value changes, grading outcomes, timing of breaks, and buyer preference do not qualify for refunds.

5. Post-Break Services & Customer Options
Buyback / Sell Back Program
Program Overview
Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC”) may, at its sole discretion, present customers with an offer to purchase certain cards (“Buyback Offer”). Buyback Offers may be made based on cards pulled during a live break or, where applicable, cards submitted by customers for evaluation.
Not all cards will receive an offer.
Offer Validity & Expiration
Buyback Offers are time-sensitive and remain valid only until the associated cards are prepared for shipment (for live break pulls) or until the stated expiration time provided with the offer (for submitted cards).
If no action is taken by the customer within the stated timeframe, the offer is automatically forfeited and cards will be shipped or returned as applicable.
Customer Ownership
All cards remain the property of the customer unless and until:
- The customer explicitly accepts a Buyback Offer, and
- VSC confirms acceptance of the transaction
Ownership transfers to VSC only upon completion of the agreed transaction.
Offer Basis & Condition Assumptions
For cards pulled during live breaks, Buyback Offers are based on the card’s observed condition at the time of the break.
For any cards submitted by customers for evaluation, offers are contingent upon VSC’s inspection and verification of condition upon receipt.
Condition Disputes (Submitted Cards Only)
If a submitted card’s condition materially differs from the condition reasonably expected (including but not limited to damage, defects, or alterations), VSC reserves the right to:
- Revise the Buyback Offer, or
- Decline the transaction and return the card to the customer
For cards submitted by customers for evaluation or buyback, risk of loss remains with the customer until the card is received and accepted by VSC.
Payout Methods
VSC may offer one or more payout options, including:
- VSC Credits (store credit), or
- Cash payout (where available)
Specific payout options, amounts, and processing timelines will be disclosed at the time of the Buyback Offer.
Cash payouts, where offered, are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, or similar services) at VSC’s discretion. VSC is not responsible for delays, fees, account limitations, or issues arising from those platforms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. VSC is not responsible for payments sent to incorrectly provided accounts.
Transaction Finality
Once a Buyback Offer is accepted and processed, the transaction is final and non-reversible.
Grading Submission Service
Service Overview
Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC”) offers a grading submission service to assist customers in submitting cards to third-party grading companies.
VSC acts solely as a facilitator and does not provide grading opinions, guarantees, or outcomes.
VSC may assign or estimate declared values for grading submissions and is not responsible for any resulting fees or adjustments.
Supported Grading Providers
Submissions may be made to third-party grading companies, including but not limited to PSA, SGC, and Beckett.
VSC reserves the right to determine submission logistics, including batching, shipping method, and submission timing.
Ownership of Cards
Customers retain full ownership of all cards submitted for grading at all times.
VSC does not take ownership of cards during the grading process.
Customer Responsibility & Fees
Customers are responsible for:
- All grading fees
- Shipping and handling costs (if applicable)
- Any upcharges, service-level changes, or additional fees assessed by the grading company
All fees will be disclosed prior to submission when possible.
Submission Authorization
By selecting grading services, the customer authorizes VSC to:
- Prepare and submit cards on their behalf
- Declare values as required for submission
- Select appropriate service levels (unless otherwise specified by the customer)
Liability & Risk Transfer
While cards are in VSC’s possession prior to shipment, VSC will handle cards with reasonable care.
Once cards are transferred to the grading company or shipping carrier, all risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the customer and/or is governed by the grading company’s terms and the carrier’s policies.
VSC is not responsible for:
- Grading outcomes or assigned grades
- Turnaround times or delays
- Damage, loss, or mishandling occurring after submission to the grading company or carrier
Third-Party Terms
All grading submissions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective grading company.
Customers agree to be bound by those terms upon submission.
Return & Fulfillment
Once grading is complete and cards are returned to VSC, cards will be shipped to the customer in accordance with VSC’s standard shipping and fulfillment policies.
VSC does not guarantee insurance coverage for any submission unless explicitly stated.
Skip Shipping / Store Credit
Program Overview
Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC”) may offer customers the option to forgo shipment of eligible cards in exchange for VSC Credits (“Skip Shipping Credit”).
This option may be presented following a break and is not guaranteed for all cards or orders.
Eligibility & Availability
Skip Shipping Credit may only be offered for cards that remain in VSC’s possession and have not yet been packed or shipped.
VSC reserves the right to determine eligibility and credit amounts at its sole discretion.
Offer Validity & Expiration
Skip Shipping Credit offers are time-sensitive and remain valid only until the associated cards are prepared for shipment.
If no action is taken within this timeframe, cards will be shipped as scheduled and the offer will be forfeited.
Credit Issuance
If accepted, Skip Shipping Credit will be issued to the customer’s VSC account.
Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are subject to VSC’s general VSC Credit terms (including expiration policies)
Ownership & Conversion
Upon acceptance of Skip Shipping Credit:
- The customer relinquishes ownership of the applicable cards
- Ownership transfers to VSC
- Cards will not be shipped
This action is final and cannot be reversed once processed.
Shipping Conflict (Important Edge Case)
If a customer attempts to accept Skip Shipping Credit after cards have already been packed, shipped, or fulfilled:
- The request will not be honored
- Cards will continue through the normal shipping process
- No credit will be issued
Partial Orders
If Skip Shipping Credit is applied to only a portion of a break or order:
- Remaining cards will ship as scheduled
- Credit will apply only to the selected eligible cards
Tough Break Credit
Program Overview
Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC”) may, at its sole discretion, issue VSC Credits to customers following a break in situations where results are deemed to be a “Tough Break.”
Tough Break Credit is a discretionary program and is not guaranteed for any break, product, or outcome.
Eligibility & Determination
VSC retains full discretion in determining:
- What qualifies as a Tough Break
- Whether credit will be issued
- The amount of any credit issued
Customers acknowledge that break outcomes vary and that Tough Break Credit is not an entitlement or expected component of participation.
Credit Issuance
If issued, Tough Break Credit will be applied to the customer’s VSC account.
Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are subject to VSC’s general VSC Credit terms (including expiration policies)
Timing & Expiration
Any Tough Break Credit issued will be subject to the same timing and expiration conditions as other post-break offers and may expire if not accepted or used within the applicable timeframe.
No Impact on Break Terms
Tough Break Credit does not alter the nature of break participation.
All breaks remain final sale, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
General Terms for Post-Break Services
Time-Sensitive Nature of Offers
All post-break options, including but not limited to Buyback Offers, Grading Submission requests, Skip Shipping Credit, and Tough Break Credit, are time-sensitive.
Unless otherwise stated, all such options expire when cards are prepared for shipment.
If no action is taken, cards will be processed and shipped in accordance with VSC’s standard fulfillment timelines.
Default Fulfillment
If a customer does not take action on any available post-break option:
- Cards will be shipped automatically
- No credits, offers, or services will be applied retroactively
Order of Operations & Finality
Once a post-break option is selected and processed (including Buyback acceptance, grading submission, or credit conversion):
- The action is final
- It cannot be reversed, modified, or exchanged
Customers may not combine or retroactively apply multiple post-break options to the same card once a selection has been completed.
Conflict Resolution (Credit vs Refunds)
All break purchases are final sale.
If a customer elects to receive VSC Credits (including Skip Shipping Credit or Tough Break Credit), such credit:
- Supersedes any claim to refund for the applicable cards or portion of the order
- Cannot be reversed or exchanged for cash
Acceptance of VSC Credits in any form constitutes final settlement for the applicable portion of the transaction and waives any eligibility for refund.
Possession & Liability
VSC is responsible for cards only while they are in VSC’s physical possession and under its control.
VSC’s liability, if any, is limited to the fair market value of the card(s) at the time they are in VSC’s possession.
Once cards are:
- Transferred to a third-party service (e.g., grading company), or
- Released to a shipping carrier
All risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers in accordance with the third party’s terms and policies.
Service Discretion
All post-break services and offers are provided at VSC’s sole discretion and may:
- Vary by break, product, or circumstance
- Be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time
Shipping Alignment
Shipping timelines referenced in break communications (including post-break emails) are aligned with VSC’s stated shipping and fulfillment policies.
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely responses to any post-break options prior to shipment.
Disputes
Any disputes related to break results or post-break services must be raised prior to shipment. Once items have shipped, all results and services are considered final.
Once cards have been shipped, post-break options are considered closed and no further action will be taken.
6. Founders Program & VSC Credits
- Founders Program benefits are provided as described at the time of enrollment, including any structured issuance timing applicable to specific tiers.
- VSC Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- May be redeemed for eligible purchases as determined by VSC, including live break entries and other qualifying products.
- Unused VSC Credits do not guarantee availability in any specific break and expire in accordance with the expiration terms set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
VSC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify non-core program features or administrative mechanics, provided such changes are communicated transparently and do not materially reduce the core benefits associated with a purchased tier.
7. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Shipping timelines, costs, and eligibility are governed by our Shipping Policy.
- Tracking is provided for all shipments.
- Orders valued at $250 or more may ship insured at VSC’s discretion.
- Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
VSC is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
VSC is not responsible for:
- Delays
- Returned packages
- Additional shipping fees
- Losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information
9. Operational Changes & Force Majeure
In the event of delays, scheduling changes, platform outages, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, VSC will:
- Communicate transparently
- Act in good faith
- Provide reasonable remedies where appropriate
Such remedies may include rescheduling, VSC Credits, or alternative fulfillment, and do not guarantee refunds.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the VSC website and streams — including logos, graphics, videos, text, and branding — is the property of Vaulted Sports Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in live streams or community spaces
- Attempt to manipulate break outcomes or platform functionality
- File fraudulent chargebacks
- Violate applicable laws or platform rules
VSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact VSC directly to resolve issues prior to initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks related to:
- Break outcomes
- Final sale items
- Founders Program enrollments
- Carrier delays after shipment
…may be disputed by VSC using order records, tracking confirmation, and these published policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- VSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product or service
- VSC is not liable for losses resulting from randomized outcomes, market fluctuations, or the absence of anticipated cards or value
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
VSC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
VSC reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any service or offering at any time.
Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
