What is a live card break?
A live card break is a live-streamed event where sealed sports card products are opened, and cards are distributed to participants based on the break format (e.g., Pick Your Team or Random Team).
Are live break purchases refundable?
Live break entries are final sale upon purchase except where required by applicable law. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I change my team or cancel a break spot after purchase?
No. Once a break spot is purchased, it cannot be changed, canceled, or transferred.
Are specific cards, players, or hits guaranteed?
No. Card breaks involve randomized outcomes. Specific cards, players, teams, or values are not guaranteed.
When do breaks take place?
Break dates and times are listed on the individual break product pages. Schedules may be subject to change based on operational considerations.
What happens if a break does not fill immediately?
Breaks may remain open until all spots are filled or may be rescheduled at Vaulted Sports Collective’s discretion. All purchases remain valid and final sale except where required by applicable law, regardless of when the break is conducted.
Shipping & Fulfillment
When will my cards ship?
Break cards ship after the applicable break has been completed and all cards have been sorted and prepared for shipment. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after fulfillment eligibility is met, as defined in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Break products ship free for U.S. customers. Singles ship free when the combined cart total reaches $100 (before tax). Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Is tracking provided?
Yes. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on destination and carrier support. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Singles
Are single-card purchases refundable?
All singles are final sale. Limited exceptions may be considered only for fulfillment errors or verified transit damage, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my single arrives damaged or incorrect?
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Eligibility is subject to review per our Return & Refund Policy.
VSC Credits & Founders Program
What are VSC Credits?
VSC Credits are promotional store credits issued by Vaulted Sports Collective. They may be applied toward eligible purchases on the site, including live break entries and other qualifying products. VSC Credits are not currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Eligibility and usage terms may vary by promotion. Certain tiers may include structured issuance timing.
Do VSC Credits expire?
Yes. VSC Credits expire five (5) years from the date of issuance. Each issuance has its own expiration timeline. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Is the Founders Program an investment?
No. Participation in breaks or the Founders Program does not constitute an investment and does not guarantee financial returns or card value.
When will I receive my Founder VSC Credits?
Initial credits are generally issued within 72 hours of confirmed purchase. Certain tiers may receive installment-based credit distributions following the Activation Date.

Is participation in breaks considered gambling or investing?
No. Live card breaks are entertainment-based experiences involving randomized outcomes and inherent risk. They are not investments and do not guarantee value.
