Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC”) is committed to transparency, fairness, and a collector-first experience. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final – General Policy

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, live breaks, and digital-access products, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly authorized in writing by Vaulted Sports Collective.

Refunds or cancellations are not available for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect purchases
  • Changes in market value
  • Variations in centering, surface, edges, corners, or print quality
  • Grading outcomes or expectations

Break Products (Final Sale)

All break products are final sale upon purchase.

Payment for break products is processed in full at the time of checkout. A completed checkout secures the purchaser’s spot in the break. VSC does not rely on payment authorizations captured at a later date for scheduled breaks.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Live breaks
  • Random team breaks
  • Pick-your-team (PYT) breaks
  • VSC Credits or break entries

After a break has occurred:

  • Break results are final
  • Card assignments are final

Break products are non-returnable due to the randomized nature of breaks and the inability to reverse or replicate outcomes.

Scheduled breaks may proceed even if not fully filled at the scheduled start time. VSC may, at its discretion, offer publicly displayed promotional pricing or allocate remaining spots in order to execute the break as scheduled. Such actions do not disadvantage confirmed participants and do not create entitlement to retroactive price adjustments.

Singles (Final Sale with Limited Exceptions for Errors or Damage)

All single-card purchases are final sale; however, limited exceptions may be made solely for fulfillment errors or verified transit damage as described below.

Returns

All singles are final sale and are not eligible for return due to:

  • Buyer preference
  • Market fluctuations
  • Grading expectations

Refunds for Errors or Transit Damage

Refunds or replacements for singles may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect item was shipped, or
  • The item was materially damaged during transit

Issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery as indicated by carrier tracking.

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • The shipping label visible

Failure to report within this window may void eligibility.

Founders Program & VSC Credits

All purchases related to the Founders Program, including memberships, associated benefits, and VSC Credits, are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly authorized in writing by VSC.

Founders Program benefits may include early access, VSC Credits, promotional items, or other perks as described at the time of enrollment, including any structured issuance timing applicable to specific tiers. These benefits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable unless explicitly stated, and remain subject to all applicable Terms & Conditions.

Operational Changes, Delays & Good-Faith Resolution

In the event of delays, operational changes, scheduling adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances, Vaulted Sports Collective commits to:

  • Communicating transparently with customers
  • Acting in good faith
  • Honoring customer benefits where reasonably possible

At VSC’s discretion, resolutions may include:

  • Rescheduling of breaks
  • Issuance of VSC credits
  • Alternative fulfillment options

These remedies do not guarantee refunds and are not intended to create ongoing obligations beyond the specific circumstance addressed.

Promotional pricing offered prior to the start of a break applies only to completed purchases made at the adjusted price. Previously completed purchases are not eligible for retroactive pricing adjustments.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

  • Tracking is provided for all shipments
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled

High-Value Shipments ($250+)

  • Orders with a total item value of $250 or more may be shipped with insurance and/or signature confirmation at VSC’s discretion
  • If an insured package is lost or damaged in transit, VSC will assist with the carrier insurance claim process
  • Refunds or replacements are subject to carrier claim approval and coverage terms

Non-Insured Shipments

  • However, VSC may assist with reasonable carrier inquiries at its discretion
  • VSC will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier inquiries when possible

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Vaulted Sports Collective is not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Losses
  • Returned packages
  • Additional shipping fees

…resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by VSC

If an order was paid in whole or in part using VSC Credits, the corresponding VSC Credit amount will be restored to the customer’s wallet in accordance with platform functionality. Restored credits retain their original expiration date unless otherwise required by system mechanics.

Acceptance or use of VSC Credits in connection with any order or post-break service constitutes final settlement for the applicable portion of the transaction and waives any eligibility for refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed for:

  • Final sale items
  • Break outcomes
  • Founders Program enrollments
  • Carrier delays after shipment

…may be disputed by Vaulted Sports Collective with supporting documentation, including order records, tracking confirmation, and policy disclosures.

Initiating a chargeback does not waive or override these policies or create an entitlement to a refund.

VSC reserves the right to suspend accounts or revoke associated benefits in cases of payment disputes, fraud, or abuse.
