Shipping policy

Vaulted Sports Collective (“VSC”) is committed to secure, transparent, and timely fulfillment. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing & Handling
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after fulfillment eligibility is met.
- For break products, fulfillment eligibility occurs after the applicable break has been completed and cards have been sorted and prepared for shipment.
- Once cards enter the fulfillment process (including packing or label creation), post-break options and service requests may no longer be available.
- Break scheduling and execution timing are governed by VSC’s published break policies. Purchase of a break spot does not guarantee immediate execution and may be subject to scheduling, completion windows, or operational adjustments as described in our Terms of Service.
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- During high-volume periods (including live breaks, promotions, or special releases), processing times may be extended slightly. Any material delays will be communicated clearly.
Packaging & Protection
- All cards are shipped securely in protective packaging appropriate to the item’s value and format.
- This may include penny sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigid holders, team bags, and protective mailers or boxes.
- VSC takes reasonable steps to ensure cards are packaged securely and protected during transit.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Tracking is provided for every shipment, regardless of order value.
- Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
- Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled for purposes of VSC’s obligations, subject to carrier claim procedures where applicable.
- Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law. VSC is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier has accepted the shipment, and all such matters are subject to the carrier’s policies and claims process.
Shipping by Product Type
Break Products
- Free standard shipping is included on all break products, regardless of order value for U.S. customers.
- Break shipments occur after the applicable break has taken place and all cards have been sorted and prepared for shipment.
- Orders containing only break products will not incur shipping charges unless optional expedited shipping is selected (if available).
Singles
- Free standard shipping is available on singles when the combined cart total is $100 or more (before tax) for U.S. customers.
- Break products count toward the $100 free-shipping threshold for singles.
- Shipping timing will follow break fulfillment eligibility where break products are included in the order.
Example:
- $60 in break products + $40 in singles = free shipping on singles
- Singles orders that do not meet the $100 combined cart total will incur standard shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
- Optional expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Insurance for High-Value Shipments
- Orders with a total item value of $250 or more may, at VSC’s discretion, be shipped with insurance and/or signature confirmation.
- Insurance is intended to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Coverage details may vary by carrier and shipment type.
- For shipments below the insurance threshold, VSC may assist with reasonable carrier inquiries at its discretion; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed absent carrier-confirmed loss or damage.
U.S. Shipping
- Standard shipping is available to all U.S. customers, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Canada & International Shipping
- Canadian customers are welcome to purchase from Vaulted Sports Collective.
- International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout where available.
- International shipping availability may be limited by destination and carrier support.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Consolidated Shipments
- When possible multiple orders may be consolidated into a single shipment to reduce shipping costs.
- In certain cases (such as timing differences between breaks and singles, order size, or handling requirements), items may ship separately.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Vaulted Sports Collective is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
- VSC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier service disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
